The UNSW Nuclear Society (NuSoc) is a student society aiming to educate and inspire passion for nuclear technology and its applications. We seek to support students to establish stable foundations for a smooth, rewarding transition from university to a professional career in the nuclear science and technology industry. 

 Through hosting events, communicating and working with faculty and industry, NuSoc aims to provide the support and community for the UNSW Nuclear-sphere, particularly the Nuclear Engineering Major and Minor Programs.

We have strong affiliations with the UNSW Faculty, including the UNSW Nuclear Innovation Centre, and the UNSW School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. 

Together with the faculty we aim to inspire interest in and develop the community around UNSW's nuclear programs.
